A large selection of quality vehicles can be reserved from National by phoning their location at Denver Airport, or by visiting their website at www.nationalcar.com. Vehicles range from Midsize to Fullsize car models, and also include convertibles, SUVs and minivans. National offers their customers many discounted car rental rates, such as Last Minute Specials and exclusive daily, weekly or weekend specials.
Vehicles are reserved from National by car category. Customers cannot select a specific car make or model, but will receive a car that is relevant to the car category chosen. The different car categories are used as a guideline for the type of car that is required.
Smaller rental vehicles are available in the Economy category, such as the Chevrolet Aveo, and the in the Compact category, such as the Nissan Versa. The Pontiac G6 is an example of a car in the Intermediate category, and the Chevrolet Malibu in the Standard category. To comfortably seat up to 5 passengers, you could select the Fullsize category (Chevrolet Impala or similar vehicle), Premium category (Nissan Maxima) or a Midsize SUV (Saturn VUE). Other SUVs include the Chevrolet Trailblazer, Ford Escape, Dodge Journey, Chevrolet Suburban and Cadillac Escalade.
Extra large families or larger groups of individuals arriving at Denver Airport, could select a 7 or 8 Passenger Minivan, such as the Dodge Grand Caravan or Toyota Sienna. An even bigger van, seating 15 passengers is the Chevrolet Express or similar vehicle.

On collection of the vehicle, ensure that all existing damages have been recorded. The vehicle will be checked again on your return by your rental agent. If any damages are found, you may have to complete a damage report. Customers should make every effort to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period, although normal wear and tear is expected. Returning the vehicle to your National location should be quick and easy, but always allow sufficient time for the return, especially if you must get back to the airport for a departure flight.
